Materials that ground the space

Warm earth tones, soft-textured tiles and leather-accented thresholds invite touch and lend a sense of composure and quiet luxury.

Views and elevated restraint

A considered entry leads into a generous kitchen and breakout zone that doubles as a relaxed meeting space, with open work areas flowing on from there. Glazed boardrooms are placed to catch panoramic city views and draw light inward, while brass fixtures and curated art add elevated restraint.
