An elevated speculative suite balancing form, flow and function — premium in feel, adaptable by design.

A palette of calm confidence

Full-height glazing floods the floor with light; a timeless scheme of black, tan and cream stays elegant and easy to adapt for future tenants.

Architectural rhythm

Bespoke paneling add sculptural depth, while high-top tables, casual booths and open workstations encourage movement and collaboration through the day. Recycled infrastructure was used wherever possible.
